A new Celebrate Recovery chapter opened in Winsted! On Monday, April 28, at 7 pm, the first meeting of Celebrate Recovery was held at the Second Congregational Church of Winsted, 800 Main St. Each week, the doors open at 6:30 pm, and light refreshments will be served.
Celebrate Recovery is a transformative, Christ-centered recovery program open to anyone seeking healing from hurts like abandonment or abuse, freedom from habits like substance abuse or gambling, and victory over hang-ups like fear or depression. Come as you are, take real steps toward recovery, and find the support needed to navigate life’s challenges in a compassionate and welcoming environment.
Founded by Pastors Rick Warren and John Baker in 1991 at Saddleback Church in California. Celebrate Recovery has grown to over 37,000 chapters worldwide. It serves over 7 million people in churches and other missions. There are no dues or fees associated with Celebrate Recovery, but donations are accepted.
